Why I built Impact Narrative at the Intersection of People Strategy and Purpose
When I set out to create Impact Narrative, I thought I was building an executive search firm. What I discovered was something more specific — and more necessary. There is a growing world of companies trying to build cultures worth working for, and almost no one helping them find the People Leaders to make that possible.
