Founder and Managing Partner

With over 15 years of executive search experience, Dana specializes in recruiting transformative leaders for mission-driven healthcare and human service organizations. Before founding Impact Narrative, he was a senior consultant at ZurickDavis, a boutique executive search firm specializing in healthcare. At Zurick Davis he partnered with a wide range of clients, including BMC HealthNet, Boston Health Care for the Homeless, Silver Hill Hospital, Stride Community Health, Vinfen, Mary’s Meals, and Tufts Medicine to name a few…bringing deep expertise in nonprofit and community-based care.

Prior to launching his healthcare focus, Dana served as a Senior Talent Advisor for one of New England’s largest charitable organizations and spent eight years as a consultant with TriNet, a leading HR solutions firm.
